Shipping Policy – Studio CKC (Chander Kala Creations)
At Studio CKC, we are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition and within the promised time frame. Every outfit is carefully handcrafted, quality-checked and packed to ensure it reaches you beautifully and safely. 🌸
1. Dispatch Days
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage
Domestic (India)
We ship across India (serviceability depends on pin code and courier network).
International
We ship to selected countries shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
3. Shipping Charges (India)
- ₹150 (one-way) shipping for orders below ₹5,000
- Free standard shipping for orders ₹5,000 and above
Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days from confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the product description (e.g., pre-orders / made-to-order items).
- If your order contains a pre-order item, dispatch follows the timeline mentioned on the product page.
5. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)
Within India
Deliveries typically take 5–7 working days after dispatch (may vary by location and courier availability).
International
International delivery timelines usually range from 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimated timelines. Delays due to courier operations, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or customs checks may occur and are beyond our control.
6. Taxes
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST and octroi, where applicable).
7. Tracking Updates
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (based on the contact details provided at checkout). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
8. Delivery Address & Contact Details (Important)
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
Couriers use the phone number for delivery attempts, so a reachable number is essential.
Address/Phone Corrections
If you need to correct your address or phone number, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to assist before processing/label generation, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

9. Failed Delivery / RTO / RTS (Return to Origin / Return to Sender)
If a courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to customer-related reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address / wrong pin code
- Wrong, unreachable, or invalid phone number
- Customer unavailable or not responding to calls/SMS
- Refusal to accept delivery
the parcel may be returned to us (RTO/RTS). In such cases:
A) Re-Dispatch
- Re-dispatch can be requested after payment of a re-shipping fee (typically ₹150 one-way or actual courier charges, as applicable).
- Re-dispatch will be processed after the returned parcel is received back and completed basic checks/QC.
B) Refund (If Applicable)
If re-dispatch is not requested, a refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting:
- Actual forward + return shipping costs (typically approx. ₹300 two-way), and
- Any non-refundable payment processing charges charged to us by payment gateways/platform providers (these are often not reversed to merchants after refund).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once dispatched.
✅ Free shipping (if applicable) is valid only for the first successful delivery attempt.
If an order returns due to customer details/unavailability/refusal, free shipping does not apply to re-delivery attempts.
10. COD Orders
If a COD order is returned due to refusal/unreachability/incorrect details:
- Re-dispatch (if approved) will be done only on prepaid payment, along with applicable re-shipping charges.
🌏 International Shipping
Dispatch & Tracking
- International orders are processed and dispatched within 7–14 working days (unless mentioned otherwise on product page).
- Tracking will be shared once shipped.
🧾 Customs & Import Duties
Customs duties, VAT, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are governed by local laws.
Studio CKC does not control customs timelines or charges. Orders held/returned due to unpaid duties, customs issues, import restrictions, incorrect details, or receiver unavailability are treated as failed delivery, and any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting actual shipping/return costs and non-refundable processing charges.
