Purchase & Subscription Cancellation Policy – Studio CKC
At Studio CKC (Chander Kala Creations), every outfit is handcrafted and packed with utmost care. Because our designs are made in limited quantities and our operations are optimized for quick dispatch, we maintain a strict cancellation policy in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
1. Orders & Pre-Orders
All purchases, including pre-orders, are treated as confirmed sales once placed. Cancellations are not permitted.

No Modifications: Once an order or pre-order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it absolutely cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses delivery or attempts to cancel after dispatch, a two-way courier fee of ₹300 (forward + return) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Fees & Deductions: In the exceptionally rare event a cancellation exception is approved prior to processing, all applicable fees—including payment-gateway charges, courier costs, packaging, and handling fees—will be deducted from the refund amount.

Studio CKC Errors: If an issue occurred due to a Studio CKC error (e.g., wrong item sent, dispatch delay, or incorrect order fulfillment), no deductions or fees will apply. Customers will receive a full refund or free replacement.

Strict Exclusions: ⚠️ Cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted for a change of mind, dislike of colour, fabric preference, or personal choice.
2. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.

Billing & Renewals: Payment details are stored securely and billed for each scheduled delivery unless prepaid in full. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term; you may cancel the renewal before your next billing date.

Modifications: You can modify or cancel a subscription renewal only before the next scheduled dispatch using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Processed Orders: Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Strict Exclusions: ⚠️ No cancellations or refunds are allowed for a change of mind or preference under active subscriptions. If a cancellation or issue arises due to a Studio CKC error, all related fees will be waived, and a full refund or replacement will be provided.
3. General Terms

Final Sale: Once an order, pre-order, or subscription has been dispatched, no cancellation request will be accepted unless there is a verified issue from our side. All purchases are considered final sales, except as covered under our Refund Policy (for damaged, defective, or incorrect products).

Refund Deductions: All eligible refunds are subject to deductions for transaction fees, courier costs, packaging, and handling, except when the issue was caused by Studio CKC.

Right to Refuse: Studio CKC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full or partial refund (after deducting non-recoverable gateway fees, if applicable) will be issued.
